SHIPPING, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

At The Italian Excellence, every order is handled with care, transparency, and respect for the craftsmanship behind each product.

Because our platform features different types of Italian excellence — including handmade artisans, independent brands, selected retailers, and luxury partners — shipping times, return options, and exchange eligibility may vary depending on the nature of each item.

Each product page may indicate whether the item is:

SHIPPING

We proudly offer worldwide shipping on eligible orders.

Orders may be shipped via UPS, DHL, FedEx, USPS, or other trusted carriers. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Depending on the product and its availability, your order may be shipped from our Florida office, directly from Italy, from a European fulfillment center, or by one of our selected partner brands or retailers.

AVAILABLE IN OUR OFFICE IN FLORIDA

Some products are marked as:

“AVAILABLE IN OUR OFFICE IN FLORIDA”

This means the item is already available at our Florida office and can be shipped faster.

For these products, orders are usually processed and shipped within 1 to 5 business days after order confirmation, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

This option is ideal for customers who wish to receive selected items more quickly, especially within the United States.

HANDMADE TO ORDER IN ITALY

Many of our products are handcrafted in Italy, one by one, by skilled artisans.

Due to the exclusive and made-to-order nature of these creations, production is limited. If your selected model, size, color, leather, material, or finish is not immediately available, production and delivery may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

Each handmade or made-to-order item is created specifically for you, based on your order selection.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING & DUTIES

For eligible products, we offer Free Worldwide Shipping.

For customers in the European Union and the United Kingdom, duties and import taxes are prepaid whenever the order is marked as DDP — Delivered Duty Paid. This means you should not be charged additional duties upon delivery.

For customers outside the USA, European Union, and United Kingdom, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may vary depending on the destination country and the specific product. When duties are included, this will be stated on the product page or at checkout.

If you have questions regarding international shipping, import fees, or customs processes, please contact us before placing your order.

DELIVERY TIMES

Estimated delivery times depend on the product category:

Available in our Florida office:
Usually shipped within 1 to 5 business days.

Handmade or made-to-order products:
Production and delivery may take approximately 2 to 3 weeks.

Products shipped directly from Italy or Europe:
Estimated delivery time may vary depending on the product and destination.

Partner brand or retailer products:
Shipping times may vary depending on the partner’s fulfillment process.

Orders placed after business hours, during weekends, or on holidays may be processed the next business day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Return and exchange eligibility depends on the type of product purchased.

Because The Italian Excellence represents different Italian brands, artisans, and retailers, each product may have specific return or exchange conditions. These conditions may be stated on the product page or communicated by our Customer Experience Team.

HANDMADE, MADE-TO-ORDER, CUSTOM OR PERSONALIZED PRODUCTS

All handmade, made-to-order, custom, personalized, or specially produced items are created specifically for you.

For this reason, these products are generally not eligible for standard returns or refunds, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

In selected cases, at our discretion, we may offer:

Exchange for a different size
Exchange for another available item
Lifetime store credit
Partial refund as an exceptional courtesy

Refunds to the original payment method are generally not available for handmade, made-to-order, custom, or personalized products.

Custom orders are eligible for store credit only, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

IN-STOCK PRODUCTS

Products marked as “AVAILABLE IN OUR OFFICE IN FLORIDA” or otherwise listed as in-stock may be eligible for return or exchange, provided that the item is unused, unworn, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, accessories, dust bags, certificates, and documentation included.

Return eligibility and timing may vary depending on the item and will be confirmed by our Customer Experience Team.

PARTNER BRAND OR RETAILER PRODUCTS

For products fulfilled directly by partner brands, boutiques, artisans, or retailers, return and exchange conditions may follow the policy of the specific partner.

The applicable conditions will be shown on the product page or communicated before shipment whenever necessary.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

For approved returns or exchanges:

USA:
We may provide a prepaid return label when applicable.

Outside the USA:
A fixed return fee of $80 may apply, unless otherwise stated.

Original shipping costs, duties, taxes, and handling fees are non-refundable unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact our Customer Experience Team within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
Clear photos of the product
Photos of the packaging
A brief description of the issue

If the issue is approved, we will arrange a repair, replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund where required by applicable law.

UNAUTHORIZED RETURNS

Please do not send any item back without prior authorization.

Unauthorized returns will be refused. The Italian Excellence cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned without approval from our Customer Experience Team.

CURRENCY AND PAYMENT

All prices on our website are displayed in U.S. Dollars — USD, unless otherwise stated.

Your bank, credit card company, or payment provider may convert the amount into your local currency based on the exchange rate applicable at the time of purchase.

For cryptocurrency payments or special payment arrangements, please contact us before placing your order.
