SHIPPING

  • USA & CANADA: Free standard shipping (items ship from Florida).

  • Other Countries: Flat international shipping fee of $60.

DELIVERY

  • No shipments to PO Boxes, APO/FPO, or freight forwarder addresses.

  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST or on weekends are processed the next business day.

Returns USA & CANADA

  • Free returns within 30 days of delivery (10 days for sale items). USA and Canada.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.

  • A prepaid UPS or USPS return label will be provided.

  • Custom, made-to-order items, and fragrances are final sale.

  • Exchanges are not processed by mail – please contact us for assistance.

International Returns

  • Returns are not free. A flat fee of $60 applies.

  • Accepted within 30 days from the shipping date.

  • Items must be unworn, in original condition and packaging.

  • To start a return, please fill out the request form – you will then receive detailed instructions by email.

ONLINE RETURN FORM FOR AN EXCHANGE OR REFUND
