This is where the story of Di Rosa began.

Founded in 1982 by master pastry chef Vincenzo Di Rosa, the pastry shop was built on perseverance, ambition, and an uncompromising dedication to quality. What started as a bold vision soon became a respected name in Italian artisan pastry.

Those same values were passed on to his son, Francesco Di Rosa, who today carries forward the brand’s craftsmanship, refining tradition while guiding Di Rosa toward a broader national and international presence.

Rooted in Italian heritage and handcrafted excellence, Di Rosa represents the authentic spirit of Made in Italy pastry, where passion, skill, and time-honored techniques come together to create refined artisanal desserts appreciated in Italy and beyond.
